Happy Halloween! According to various reports, the scariest place to stay in Tokyo is in the Akasaka Weekly Mansion apartments. Building no.1 in this residence is said to be the most haunted, with people saying that they have seen apparitions standing at the end of their bed, white mist flowing out of the air vents, lights and appliances being turned on by itself and being stroked whilst sleeping. One woman also claims that she was dragged across her room by her hair!

I stayed at the Weekly Mansion 4 times in 4 different years.
Comfortable. Affordable. Clean. No spirits. Other than Asahi.
It’s just a rumour that it’s haunted. Maybe those that reported such things had too much to drink…
I lived there for 3 months, No even remotely haunted experiences.
I lived here for 6 mos and it was an awesome location, accomodation – never any haunted stuff. Def recommend as an affordable place to stay.
